Submission

⭐  All accepted submissions, after registration, are to be included in conference proceedings. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
⭐ For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 5 working days.

Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Papers should be with at least 8 pages after formatting.

Paper Page Limit
Publication in Proceedings: 6-8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, Extra pages may be charged. (Any additional pages will incur an extra charge of USD50/RMB300 per extra page, if it exceeds 8 pages )

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted via submission system.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. 
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.
